Latitude E6430 Blank screen
My Dell Laptop doesn't turn on. The screen remains blank.
LED indicators are as follows
1st LED. 2nd LED. 3rd LED.
Blink. ON. ON.
Please suggest me how I can find out the exact issue.

Device Status Lights page 77.
Remove Main Battery.
Remove Base Cover.
Try resetting the memory.
Disconnect the BIOS Coin Cell battery for 10-15 seconds.
Then try to boot.
If no change try holding down the "D" key and power-on.
Does it try to test the display???
