Obtaining parts and new Service tag

Hello, I recently bought a 7214 Rugged notebook and the service tag is deemed invalid by both the Dell websites and operators. I keep getting the run-around from the operators when I tried doing an ownership transfer. I cannot do the diagnostic or download manager due to the bad service tag. I would like to get my GPS to work and order the fingerprint and pcmcia card reader. Timo
