Secure Boot is not showing on Bios

Hello

I have a Dell Latitude 2120, and I`m trying to install Window 10 on it. I tried to do it with the website from Microsoft, but when is going to end it gives me an error so I can´t continue. I also tried to use a USB drive to reboot it this way, but I can´t do it either because when I press F12 it gives me the option for the USB, but then when I hit that one, gives me an error saying that I have to remove the USB device and press any key and the previous windows will start. I can´t enable the legacy because it doesn´t show as an option.

Please help

There's no option for Secure Boot on a system this old - and Microsoft cut off support for Windows 10 on the Atom processor in this model in 2017, so if your Windows 10 installer is newer than that, you can't use it.  Even the older ones are relatively less useful, since you cannot update them on this model.

Your best bet on an Atom-based netbook is something like lubuntu Linux - it'll run just fine, but newer Windows will not.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Lentico

Did you try installing the 32 Bit version of W10???

I have a few of these 2120's on a bench at work and can test on Tuesday???

Best regards,

Well, the bootable USB device has Win 32 but I can´t get then F12 option to allow me to recognize it, and the Microsoft website doesn't finish running the upgrade. So I think the answer is yes.

Finally I was able to install it. It is running just fine, not extremely fast but quite well.

Thank you for your support.
