WD15 Docking Station Compatibility with ASUS laptop

Hello guy.
i think to buy a new dell WD15 docking.

I really don’t understand about computers accessories. So i need your help

i have some questions ;

i have asus vivobook flip tp412fa and i want to connect him to this docking station. With two external monitors, its will be fit to this docking?

And the docking will charge my laptop if i will put power adapter?
