Laptop Dell G3 - All not good - It is disappointment

Every time I plugged headphon it didn't work directly and I have to restart the laptope and re install the driver and and and and. Its very boring.

When plugging the charger, the fan noise and noise and noise and noooooo solution. I have tried all solutions that service suggested in past posts and What? NOTHING. It is still NOISE.
