error code 2000-0141
computer displays internal hard drive not found and when i diagonise i get this type of code 2000-0141 and am wondering because the drive is there and new but the problem remains what would be the cause?

What model of Latitude do you have?
Boot into the BIOS/setup (keep tapping the F2 key at start-up) and see if the HDD is identified there. If it is not, it is most likely the motherboard but this depends on which model of system you have. Have you been able to test the HDD in another system to see if it is detected there?
