Keyboard keys malfunctioning

I am using Dell XPS 13(Windows 8 Pro version) right  now and some buttons such as F11, Delete and down arrow button are not working when i pressed the button. Is it the problem caused by the windows problem or just the keyboard error which i need to replace? Thanks for helping!
