I had same problem - they replaced the screen. Got it back, 3 weeks later, problem is back. Opening yet another support request now.
I'm bumping this thread. I'm on my 3rd screen replacement for this problem and it's started again. Has anyone determined a cause and permanent solution?

Hi, I have exact same problem, so if I understand, the screen replacement is only way to solve it? I have UHD touch screen. And normal varanty (not NBD).
At this time, it appears that screen replacement is the only fix, however temporary. My new screen has had the flickering bar issue only intermittently, therefore I'm going to wait on replacing it.
I had the exact same issue, but it disappeared now... will it come back?
It started after I used the HDMI port is this a coincidence?
