Ubuntu 14.04 M3800 Issues
Hello I just bought an m3800 running ubuntu 14.04 and have two questions.
1. I bought it with a opal sed ssd. How do I set the key/know that's it's working.
2. The setup seemed to crash and I was left with a with a user called OEM although it let me create another user it automatically boots into OEM and unless I log out and switch to my user the computer is really buggy.

Howdy,
Im not sure about the first but here is what the team said re #2:
open up “Dell Recovery” and choose "restore to factory." When it restores, don’t create recovery media as there is an issue in process with doing that.

I restored it and it is actually pretty different. some major ui differences and no other users.

P.S. re #1 is it possible that I overpaid for some marketing?
