Hello how are you all. I want a second hand laptop or chrome book which I can have Ubuntu 20.04 on it for less than £100 which ones will be good.

Depends of what you want the machine to be capable of.
For such a low price, I would go to a Pinebook and hack it, play with it (opening, tweaking, hacking).
You get a laptop, very cheap, very easy to hack and play with and learn stuff.
