API product specification

Hi experts!

My customer wants to integrate the Dell product base into his asset management system.
I need an API that reads the product catalog and returns information about the components of that product, such as: Graphics card, RAM memory, Hard Disk and so on.

Is there any API available for me to send the any information from the product, for example: notebook version or a serial number, and it will return the specification for such product?

If not, is there any API that receives any kind of information that returns this type of data (specification)?
