According to the following linked Dell Documentation "Solid State P3600 and P3700 NVMe devices do not support Operating System boot in Dell PowerEdge systems" [1].

Update:
I've tried the latest Ubuntu Server edition as well with to the same end.
Note:
Entering "UEFI Boot Settings" within "System Setup" yields "Unavailable: ubuntu" (same with debian)

Update:
