Dell Inspiron 510 - Dell 1320c printer - ubuntu 8.10

Hi

I recently bought the printer but I cannot manage to get it to work properly with Ubuntu 8.10, it prints max 3 pages of a document an then goes in error (according to the manual, it is a paper size problem, according to the webserver on the printer it is out of paper -- neither are correct)

Works flawlessly under XP.

According to Ubuntuforums (e.g. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=783346&highlight=1320c) it should work ... but I haven't managed to find the trick?

Ideas anyone?
