Drivers for Linux

Hi!

My PC's a XPS Laptop M1330.
I'd like to setup a linux (I don't which one yet), but I don't know if I can find all the drivers (for the Wi-Fi or the touchpad, for example) to be setup on Linux.
So my question is : can I find the drivers I need to make my laptop work for Linux, and if it exists, is there some website with all Dell drivers for Linux?
