Question about T3400 BIOS S1/S3 mode, and Dell CCTK

Hi!

I work in a school that's just opened, kitted throughout with T3400 Precisions.  We've been running for a week now, and it's settling down to the stage where I can start to look at settling these machines in and setting them up to my needs.  As such, I've downloaded the Dell CCTK toolkit today, and have been using it to set BIOS parameters such as password, Wake on LAN, boot order etc via script.

Doing it this way means we can use one of our student management utilities to deploy and run a script across the bulk (120ish) of the kit in my suites.  I've got most of the settings down fine, but I can't seem to find a method/parameter for setting the Power Management from S3 to S1 state - can anyone shed any light?  If I can just get this one last parameter nailed down, I'll be a very happy man!

Cheers all!

Hi,

CCTK 1.2 is available here:

I believe you are looking for the "standby" option.   Sorry for the long delay in responding, please let me know if this addresses your requirement.
