Red Hat on Dell 700m

Hi,

I have installed Red Hat Linux enterprise 3.0 on my Dell Inspiron 700m, I am not able to configure the ethernet. I have been support.dell.com, but don't have any needed drivers in the download section for Linux enterprise 3.

 

It would be greatly appreciated if some one can let me know how to go about.
