XPS 13 7390, factory settings in dual boot

Hi!

If I set up a dual boot (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS + Windows 10) in the main OS partition of my laptop, will this affect the Reset to Factory Settings feature? I assume that the factory settings would create a single partition in the same way than the laptop was set, but my main concern is if I still can use the restore factory settings such as with a single OS partition.
