raid1 rebuild on Dimension 5150
I have installed Fedora Core 5 on a Dimension 5150 with raid 1.
I hope to replicate the system to other identical computers
by removing one of the disks. I will then install a blank drive
and rebuild the raid array. I will install the removed raid 1 disk
in another computer and rebuild there.
I have done this with software raid 1 on other machines and also
with perc raid 1 on poweredge machines.
My question is: how do I force the rebuild with Intel Matrix raid1?
