Windows 7 is a workstation OS, so it isn't officially supported on an Enterprise Server. That being said, if you try Windows Server 2008 drivers, which are based on the same platform, you may be able to get it installed. As I said it isn't supported, so this is all based on trial and error.
If you private message me the svc tag of the T130 I can look at the hardware installed and provide links.
