Dell 3rd Party updates via SCCM - drivers that are not applicable are getting pushed

Hello.  We just started using the Dell partner third party catalog via SCCM in our environment.  I've been able to publish BIOS and driver updates utilizing the catalog.  When testing it on a small collection of computers, I'm seeing a number of drivers and software updates (Intel Management Engine) show up in the endpoints' Software Center that are not applicable.  They fail when attempting to install.  

Has anyone else dealt with this?  I did install the Dell OpenManage Inventory Agent on one of the endpoints, it didn't make a difference.  Thank you in advance for any help.
