Is there an estimation of how much an Exchange database grosw when converting to 2010?
All
I know that it depends
But is there a rough estimation of the database capacity increase as a consequence of loosing single instancing when migrating from E2K7 to E2K10?

Lars,
You can have the Deal Desk do a Exchange 2010 sizing for you before your migration. we will be able to tell you what the DB size will be any how much storage you will need for your environment.

Exchange 2010 increased the size of the Exchange database by about 20% over Exchange 2007. But with compression of message headers and bodies that are either text or HTML-based the database sizes are about the same. http://oublogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/02/22/3409361.aspx
