Dell Latitude 10 ST2 64GB Windows 8.1 Speed Up - Tweaks? Linux?
Love the tablet, but it is very slow on internet. Have installed all updates except latest Bios (eBay refurb - no bios password).
Have made all the speed-up setting changes I can find.
Has anyone tried Linux or something else to help the speed?

Is there any way to get admin password needed to update bios without paying fee to Dell?
(refurb ex-school eBay unit)
