(Dell Streak 7 WiFi Only) Normal mode, Factory Restore and Fastboot wont work only Safe mode does.

Hello, A few weeks ago this tablet started acting strange It would go into dock mode when i plug in the charger in the wall. I got mad about it so i did a factory reset in restore mode and it froze and now it wont even boot into normal mode and now fezzes when i try to factory reset again, same with the pkg setting. I know about Fastboot and safe mode also. I know that i can fix it in "Fastboot" but it fezzes once it comes into Fastboot. Now that i know normal mode, fastboot and restore mode are out. I'm now in safe mode but my computer wont recognize my tablet and WiFi only works in the browser. (I know about the little pin whole and tried that too.)
