Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 reset

My Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 crashed and I am out of town. My recovery disk is at home. Is it possible for Dell to send me a download I can use to reset my Venue? I get to the Bitlocker Recovery key entry and then the system gives me option of restart or advanced options. Restart doesn't work so only option is either reset or complete wipeout and recovery.

Hope I can get an answer quick before I end up back home.
