Dell xps 10 charging port/ keyboard port not working
My dell tablet keyboard port and charging port stopped working a few months after o got it. I've since resorted to using the USB port to charge it. how do I fix the port because its taking forever to charge using the micro usb

I have the same problem. I use a Bytech charger I purchased for my phone. It is still slow but not as slow as the others I have both. It will charge fully overnight. Paid 5 dollars for charger.
Still I have no answer from Dell as to why won't the two chargers I got from them won't work.

My keyboard light is on and it says Battery 2 is charging 0% but it doesn't charge. Anyone got any suggestions?
