in supportassist and dell.com it said my inspiron 3847.. driver and downloads that a driver needed to update....chipset-intel management engine interface driver... verison 11.0.0.1153,A00..I downloaded and restart my computer, when I went to supportassist  and dell.com and both said the same thing update..chipset- intel management engine interface 11.0.0.1153,A00 driver again...I went to control panel...programs and features..and I look for intel management engine interface ....it was there the number was 11.0.0.1153 without A00....is there a diff and 11.0.0.1153,A00 and 11.0.0.1153...
