dell venue 5050 android
when I start the tablet it boots to " Rom image update denied
EFI-NOT-FOUND!.
rom image is not loaded Flash update parameters
how do I install the os

Based on other Venue user posting the same issue, reinstalling the OS does not fix this hardware malfunction. I also do not see this issue on the Venue 5050 "Top solutions" page. Dell does not offer "parts" for a tablet. If still under warranty, Dell would simply issue an exchange.
