2407WFP SD Card Reader Problem

Question

I have a 2407WFP that will not read a Transcend 4GB SD card.  I have an older dell 24' LCD at work, and it reads the cards just fine.  I have used the same laptop connected to each monitor to test.   Does anyone know a solution to this?   Does anyone know if the firmware is updatable on this monitor?

Milhousen, What other Dell model monitor works with the sd card? Is that a high capacity sd card?

I'm not sure of the model number of the other monitor. This the 24" that was repalced by the 2407WFP. I can find the model # if necessary.

The card is not a SDHC, just SD. I can also read the card in the SD card reader in my Inspiron 9400.

Other cards might work but Dell cannot support them.
