Alienware OptX AW2310

Hello My Friends

I have LCD  monitor   Alienware OptX AW2310 but I see there is a vertical red line on the monitor but is very very thin and  I can see it clearly when  I put gray or red or orange  color in  the desktop background and when I put  the black and other colors in the desktop background  I may can’t see it clearly and after several days that line disappeared almost  for 2 weeks and  then it appeared again .

Please would you tell me what can I do?

Thanks

My best regard

Run the AW2310 Self-Test Feature Check and the Built-in Diagnostics. If the red line is not present in those test, the monitor is not at fault.
