Change 2408 A00 to A01 Possible??

Dear all,

I bought a A00 few months ago  and I encountered all the problems you guys mentioned, including 1 dead pixel. As my intention is to wait for A01 and seems it's the right time to change, but, according to terms & condition, am i still able to change to A01?
