Color Off On Monitor

Hi... the color is all off on my monitor. There are no reds or any shade of red working. The greens all look yellow and the blue sorta looks purple. There is also a bar that I am noticing that is moving down my screen. Can somone help?!?!?! Do I need a new monitor or can I fix it myself?
