Contacting Dell support by email

I have an Alienware 3d Monitor which has developed a fault.  I would like to contact Support by email but the web page keeps asking for a tag number which I do not have.  I have the original invoice and the Monitor is still under guarantee.  I do not want to phone as I fear dialling an 0844 number can be expensive.  What should I do?

What is the monitor fault? You would have received a Dell order number.

I vertical blue line appeared as I dusted the screen.  It sometimes disappears but appears again if I touch the screen.  I have a Dell order number.
