Dark purple dot on dell U2312HM monitor on black screens
Hi
I noticed this little while ago, A purple block eye level on my monitor that seems to be getting bigger.. ANd worst thing is its eye level and only seen on black/ darker screens, which alot of games and movies use.. i tried to enter my service tag but it wont let me.. Monitor is not a year old yet..

Open my Monitor FAQ at the top of this board. Open, My monitor does not have a Service Tag, how do I get Dell service?".

Hi Simpyd,
I will be glad to help you. Request you to send me the picture of the screen in dark screen as well as light screen. Also send me the monitor service tag and order number through private message. I will check and let you know what needs to be done.
