Dead or Stuck Pixels Not Meeting Criteria
I have not yet purchased a Dell Ultrasharp monitor.
I have read the DELL policy for dead or stuck pixels.
From that I understand, my only recourse if I receive a monitor with dead or stuck pixels THAT DON'T MEET DELL POLICY FOR PIXELS, is to return the monitor within 30 days.
1. If I return it within 30 days and ask for an exchange do I still pay a RESTOCKING charge?
2. If I buy the DELL ULTRASHARP MONITOR [BRAND NEW WITH 3 YEAR US WARRANTY] from a DELL reseller, does the 30 day return privilege apply?

1. On an exchange there is no fee. There is a fee for credit refund.
2. Only if the reseller can provide their original Dell order number so we can verify what warranty they purchased.
