Dead or stuck pixles or something like that

Hi, i've just bought this new inspiron 14-7447 yesterday

and today i found out that there's a tiny dot which remain light green

you will never see it in white screen, but if you change to another color it will remain green

i'm in Indonesia, will Dell cover my problem?

or doing something to fix this?
