S3220DGF, dead pixel

Greetings!

After two great experiences with Dell monitors, I bought a third one. Sadly two days after return period, my panel has developed a dead pixel near center. On a black screen it's not lit, but on, for example light grey, it's magenta. It's not noticeable only on red and black. Do I have any possibility of replacement? I'm really sad that my newest and most expensive monitor to date has this issue. What are my options?
