Dell 2407WFP-HC, Windows 7 and card slots
Do there exist any drivers which will enable the various card and USB slots for the above monitor to function Windows 7 64 bit (or 32 bit) edition?

You should just connect a USB A-B cable (included with the monitor) from the monitor's USB upstream port to any PC's USB port for the monitor's USB ports go live. It is merely an electrical connection. Once you do that the card reader slot will go live as well.

Thank you! Now you have given me the answer it seems obvious. I don't know why I thought it was something to do with Windows 7. I thought I had had it working previously/
