Dell 2408WFP Monitor Dead Pixels

Hi there,

My Dell 2408WFP has lines of dead pixels across the screen. It started earlier in the year and now more lines have appeared. (See image below)

I purchased it in June 2008 so I'm assuming it out of warranty.

But besides this the screen is great so I'd really like to fix it, any ideas?
