Dell P2412H Monitor keeps momentarily switching between Normal and Power Save mode

Guys, Im very frustrated! I have a dual monitor setup with my Toshiba laptop and this has never happened before with other Dell monitors. One second im working on the monitor and all of a sudden "Power Save" and all my windows go back to the laptop screen and not even 2 seconds pass and now EVERYTHING is on the monitor.

Ive uninstalled the PowerNap software and the monitor drivers and im using it as Generic PnP monitor. Please help! If anything im more concerned about my eyesight going bad.

I know its NOT my Toshiba VGA port thats the problem because when I plug a different monitor into the same port - no problem.

Ive even tried a factory reset on the monitor but to no avail! Please help!
