Dell P2415Q monitor not detected when using display port
The monitor connects using the HDMI port but not using DP. It's not getting detected in the display settings (windows 10). I've tried rolling back and updating gpu drivers but to no effect. It used to be working fine until recently when I put my laptop in sleep mode. Please help me to solve this issue.

I would suggest you to try using a different cable and Also reset the monitor to factory defaults from the Monitor OSD menu.
