Dell U2415 blinks/blanks with DisplayPort after 30 min
Hi,
I recently purchased two Dell U2415 displays. I have an HP EliteBook 8770w laptop connected to an HP Docking Station (HSTNN-I11X).
When just a single display is connected via the supplied DisplayPort-to-miniDisplayPort cable, the display works for a short period of time, but then after about 30 minutes or so, the monitor starts to blank/blink, until it finally is entirely blank. The controls on the lower right of the display are unresponsive.
I attempted a DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable but no luck also.
I purchased a DVI-to-HDMI converter and that seems to works, although I haven't run it longer than 30 minutes with all the attempts I have been working on.

Your chosen username, "DellVince" implies that you work for Dell. See my username as example. Changed yours to VinceFed. Remove the Docking Station from the troubleshooting scenario. Test in this way, one U2415 at a time =
HP EliteBook 8770w DP out --> 1st U2415 DP to mDP cable --> 1st U2415 mDP in
HP EliteBook 8770w DP out --> 2nd U2415 DP to mDP cable --> 2nd U2415 mDP in
Does the blank/blink occur in this computer to single monitor setup?
