Dell monitor exchange instructions?
I was just wondering, If I get an exchange monitor from Dell, do I have to send my current one before I get the replacement? Or will I be able to see if the replacement works and has no problems before I send them my old one?

When you get the replacement you'll get instructions on how to use the box to return the defective one and a return label and instructions on who to contact to pick up the return. Do NOT send it back beforehand. It would not be identified correctly without the paperwork and label Dell will send.

Dell will stand behind the replacement for the rest of your warranty. Be aware that the monitor might be slightly different if your original model is no longer available. It will be as close to the original as possible.
