Don't trust Dell also there customer service is appalling

Hey All,

I recently got a U2515H Monitor and the power button is really faulty after 3 days of them asking me ridulous questions and calling me back everyday saying serial numbers are all wrong etc.

Then they say a new monitor has been dispatched and after doing my own digging it had never been shipped which they openly admit they lied.

Customer service from Dell is lacking. Still with no replacement monitor

If purchased directly from Dell, you got a Dell Order number, Dell Customer number, all tied to the monitor warranty. Dell UK should be able to look these up and identify the monitor purchase. The serial number can be easily misread. 8 for B, 0 for O, 6 for G.

Sorry Chris but your wrong. When you have given it to them on the phone on 4 different phone conversations and they confirm its correct then come back next day to confirm its incorrect. Dell are ones in wrong
