E1914H, no service tag, warranty problem
I have Dell monitor of 18.5'' E1914H. Now it having some black line issues (having lines with dark green shades). When I complaint this issue in the DELL's official site, there require a service tag number. But in my monitor there is no service tag or bar code. It having only a serial number. What I do next? There is no mail id to complaint in dell site. Help me to resolve this problem.The black lines seems to be growing.I am from India. Please provide necessary actions to do.
