E248WFP backlight bleed

I just received a E248WFP and there is significant backlight bleed on the left side, particularily the lower left corner.  Does anyone else have this problem?  What is the process to exchange this for another one?

BTW, it is connected via DVI to a Geforce 7800GT, default settings.

Hi Chris, I can't find the DVI to VGA adaptor for my vid card so I can't try the VGA.  That being said, what do you recommend in this case?

The settings were reset to factory default, so the brightness & contrast were at 50%.

dc1909,

What were the contrast and brightness settings when you took that picture?
