E770 - 16 Colors only and 600 X 480 display

I recently had to reinstall Windows ME and now only have 16 colors and 600 x 480 display on the monitor.  I reinstalled the monitor driver to no avail.  How can I fix the display properties to get the full ranger of color?

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum (DCF).
You must reinstall the video card driver. Look on your invoice and tell me what video card is installed.

Thanks for you quick response.  Unfortunately, I'm not at home and do not have access to the invoice or computer.  Am I correct to assume that the driver will be on one of the restore disks that came with the computer?
