How would I power a monitor speaker bar?

So I just upgraded my monitor, but it does not have a port where I can plug in a speaker bar (One of these http://goo.gl/OqJAgM). I could buy an AC adapter, but I would really rather not. Is there some other way I could power this without modifications?
