MKS14 network issue

I'm using an MKS14 monitor stand.  Last week while working I lost connection to the network.  If I connect the network cable directly to the laptop it works fine.  We've tried all of the networking tricks we could think of with no success.  Any ideas?  And can you give a description of how the network connection within the MKS14 works?

Based on the User's Guide, the network is a simple pass through. I do not see any way to configure it. Have you tried disconnecting the power cord from the dock, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect it? Then retest.

Hi Chris, yea I know a month later sorry work got busy.  My IT guy and I have tried every connect/disconnect/reboot/turn-off-and-on combination you can think of.  It looks like the network is talking to the MKS14, but the laptop doesn't see the network connection.  It was working, then decided not to.

Bad MKS14?

Contact Dell Customer Support. Give them the Dell order number. Ask them to setup an exchange.
