Monitor S2440L Warranty Check
May i know how to check the warranty status if I buying from friend and I only have the Serial Number(S/N)?
Is it possible to check how long left for the product warranty ?

No. The monitor serial number is not tied to any Dell order or customer number or warranty. They are put on the monitor by the manufacturer, not Dell. We would need the original Dell order number to check the warranty dates.

But, I have the Order no. and PO no. , why in the "Find and Add Product" section, i key in the order number, but the system cannot find any product that related to it.?

On our website, those numbers are not assigned to you, they are assigned to the original buyer. You cannot see his data. The seller needs to call into Dell Customer Care for your country. He needs to verify his information, and then tell them that he sold the monitor to you. He then needs to provide to them all of your information.
