Monitor rapidly turning on and off
I don't know what model it is, but it was built in 2005. It starts to turn on but in about 30 seconds it starts spazzing out, where the power buttons green light flashes, the screen flickers on and off and it makes a high pitched squeak. What is wrong with it?

Look on the label on the monitor. Provide the monitor model and the 20 digit monitor serial number. Try this -
* While the computer is on and the monitor is still connected to the computer video card via our Dell supplied cabling, turn off the monitor
* Disconnect the monitor power cord from the bottom of the monitor
* Press and hold in the monitor power button for 10 seconds
* Reconnect the monitor power cord
* Turn on the monitor
